\nRisk and Financial Advisory Overview:\xa0\nOur Risk and Financial Advisory group is comprised of more than 10,000 partners, managers and staff.\xa0We help solve our clients\u2019 most complex financial instrument and physical market challenges by delivering risk advisory, technical accounting, quantitative, technology and operational advisory services.\xa0 Specifically, our consulting projects include risk assessment and solution implementation for business strategies and policies, business processes, organization structure, risk modeling, management reporting and treasury, trading and risk systems.\xa0 We help clients obtain, analyze and report information from multiple sources and across risk classes to facilitate tactical and strategic decision making. The Managed Services & Product (MS&P) Team is a new division within RFA that oversees and governs all of the technology products developed by RFA professional over the years. With MS&P, there are 2 separate teams \u2013 Managed Services (MS) and Products (or Technology Products). We currently have more than 30 products in our portfolio.\n\xa0\nWork You\u2019ll Do\nThis role is within the Products team of MS&P. You will be responsible for helping price complex offerings. Our clients have a wide variety of needs and our team usually becomes involved with clients who require managed services or products or both. You will help price these complex arrangements and ensure that appropriate revenue is allocated to all parts of the business. Your responsibilities will include:\n

  • Understand Services and Product pricing methodologies and their applicability to various client scenarios
  • \n
  • Build relationships with Products and Managed Services Client teams and be a trusted strategic advisor on how to price menu items
  • \n
  • Understand the methodologies used for price optimization and translate model outputs into digestible formats our clients will buy
  • \n
  • Understand the MS&P\u2019s strategy and goals, dissect previous pricing strategy performance, synthesize past and future local market events to adjust product pricing strategies
  • \n
  • Proactively look out for market trends and activities that may impact pricing and provide timely advice
  • \n
  • Gain deep understanding of the value of each product and create pricing strategy in-line with how clients perceive value and buy
\n\xa0\nCollaboration\n
    \n
  • Regularly collaborate with all Product Managers in developing and managing their pricing strategies
  • \n
  • Work closely with MS&P Sales and contracting teams to ensure pricing models are applied correctly for complex scenarios
  • \n
  • Where applicable, engage clients during the sales process to understand their needs and adjust pricing model for complex offerings/bundlings
\n\xa0\nQualifications\n
    \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a finance major and/or relevant experience required; MBA preferred
  • \n
  • 7+ years of experience in software product pricing
  • \n
  • Good general management focus with good understanding of business finance/accounting
  • \n
  • Must be comfortable analyzing numbers, developing insights and developing presentations to present these insights
  • \n
  • Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
  • \n
  • Must be able to balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines and product quality deliverables, in addition to develop good working relationships
  • \n
  • Experience in communicating technical and non-technical topics with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • \n
  • Ability to influence others and mentor junior members
  • \n
  • Must have strong organizational skills, critical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • \n
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive within a fast-paced work environment
  • \n
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
