Senior Land Surveyor - As Needed Part-Time

Responsibilities:

Approximately 5-20 hours per week are anticipated based on needs. The Senior Land Surveyor will assist with the development of ROW plans and be responsible to sign and seal contract deliverables. Field work may include surveys of delineated wetlands and other environmentally sensitive areas, deed research and property/ROW line surveys and, topographic surveys. Essential Responsibility: - Perform field surveys of delineated wetlands, vernal pools and other environmentally sensitive areas.- Perform topographic surveys of roadways, bridges and adjacent areas.- Perform property boundary surveys to establish ROW lines.- Perform reviews of preliminary ROW plans.- Sign and seal ROW plans in accordance with NJDOT Standards and the NJ Title Recordation Law (formerly known as NJ Map Filing Law). Preferred Qualification/Skills

Preferred Responsibility: Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.- 15+ years of similar experience required.- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in New Jersey required.- MicroStation or AutoCAD experience preferred.- NJDOT experience preferred.- Must have own equipment. Expendable supplies will be provided by HNTB.- Local candidates preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
