Sr. Engineer - A/V & Conferencing


Tiffany and Company is currently seeking a Sr. Engineer for A/V & Video Conferencing that will split time between our New Jersey and New York offices. The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical engineering for the overall quality of the enterprise technical environment. This includes architecture design, development, capacity and performance planning, documentation of deployed frameworks and ongoing evaluations of core technologies for these areas. This position will research and develop new A/V solutions in coordination with other members of the Audio-Visual team. This position functions in a large corporate environment that builds and executes events in both the headquarters and multiple global offices.


The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for the development of migration, testing, implementation plans and configuration of new and existing audio visual conferencing technologies. S/He will p articipate in cross-functional meetings (with development, business analyst, and user groups) to understand application design, requirements necessary to create quality technology solutions. The Sr. Engineer will r ecommend and modify technology in response to business requirements or systems configurations.

This position will be responsible for training and providing technical guidance team members while developing relevant documentation for new enterprise-scale technologies that will be supported by Collaboration Services team other groups . S/He will be r esponsible for ensuring the transition of new enterprise-scale technologies to the deployment and support teams assisting with trouble resolution when needed.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or 4+ years experience with hands on experience with relevant technologies
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous audio-visual experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Demonstrated mastery of previous levels' skills and responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Basic understanding of Project Management Principals

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
