Analyst, Finance - Rev Man

Job Description

TheAnalystis responsible for driving the Revenue Management Execution process for the assigned customer accounts. TheAnalyst leverages a data driven analytical approach to build and optimize pricing and promotional strategies that deliver Net Sales and Gross Margin growth for Kraft Heinz. Through closepartnership with Sales, theAnalyst also drives execution of the recommended strategies. Lastly, this position will play a key role in ensuring financial controls and proper trade budget management.


Assist in annual sales planning and forecast processes by delivering data driven insights to help teams optimize plans and deliver on both Net Sales and Gross Margin objectives.

Provide leadership on pricing and promotional strategies and partner with Sales to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI of trade investments

Manage the post promotional event analytics database to leverage historical learnings against future events

Ensure financial controls by leading monthly trade reconciliation and budget management process

Partner with Customer Category Managers (CCMs) to maintain accuracy of internal trade systems

Support weekly & monthly rituals & routines and liaise among the CBT, Business Units and Headquarter Revenue Management to ensure effective communication, prioritization and execution


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
1-3 years of experience with proven track record of delivering results in sales, finance, analytics, shopper insights or supply chain
Sales and/or trade promotion experience strongly preferred
Solid analytical skills and ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques

Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environments

Ability to effectively summarize complex information upwards to drive appropriate action
Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
